Up for consideration is a watch that flies under radar and well into the sub horizonal territory.
This 44mm tank of a watch is DLC coated steel with a satin like finish and is one of the more militaristic offerings by Breitling.
The volcano black dial with white markers and embellishments across the face make for a high contrast legibility not afforded by the more colourful dial variants we see in the recent catalogs.
The signature red tipped seconds hand punches that legibility factor up a notch and unlike a lot of modern day timepieces, the bezel (not just the insert) is constructed of a single block of ceramic
A 0s/day accuracy, 1000m water resistance rating and a non-nubbin like HE valve makes this as practically precise a wrist ornament as one can hope, while checking off that tactical look.
There is a tiny fleabite on the left lug worth mentioning, however wise from that I find no other impairments.
The watch comes as a full kit, with all tags, papers and customs documentation, as this was an import piece.
