SUPER SPONSOR
Hey folks
Up for grabs is my Ball Carbolight Engineer III.
The watch comes in at 40mm featuring a black dial and an ultralight case made from compressed carbon fibre, with anti-magnetic movement components.
For added robustness, Ball integrated a full layer of mu-metal around the movement that enables the watch to both attract and deflect static or low-frequency magnetic field lines for interference-free operation. Coupled with the brands Amortiser system that protects against extreme shock, you get yourself a full automatic piece that can withstand a bullet (true story, look it up)
The large tritium tubes enhance low light legibility and are a staple of the brand.
The watch is in overall very good condition with one mark along the crown case side, though it blends in to the texture produced by the compressed layers
The crystal is in good condition, with some hairlines to the AR coating.
The watch is Chronometer certified but has no service history, though runs close to COSC between -4/-5s a day.
This was a limited run of 1000 pieces and has long been sold out.
If a stealthy, daily and hardwearing watch is your jam, then this would fit the bill.
Retail was $2600+ tax
Im asking $1450 in the GTA.
