Up for grabs is my SBGM239 in excellent condition.
This piece was accessed only through Hodinkee and limited to 500 pieces.
With matte dial that transitions from slate blue to indigo depending on lighting, this is easily one of my top 5 blue dials. The matte grey GMT hand provides a legible and high contrast against the blue back drop of the dial and the zaratsu handset provides near perfect legibility right down to dusk.
While there are minor signs of wear to the case side, and couple links, the watch remains in excellent condition and runs very well for the age.
With the benefit of the gmt hand, this watch can pull double duty as your travel and business watch.
Coming as a full kit with double box, papers and extra links, it is currently sized for a 7.3” wrist.
Similar to the SBGM221 (which doesn’t come with a bracelet and goes for about the same price) without being a limited edition, I’m asking $4899 shipped from the GTA
