For a forum first I bring you one of the most bang for buck Seikos released off late.

This Save the Ocean “limited” run of 5000 pieces comes in a 40.5mm sizing, an approx height of 12mm and a lug to lug of 46.9mm, letting the watch stay true to the moniker “slim turtle”

It’s ideal for those wanting to rock the quintessential seiko turtle cases but don’t have the wrist size to pull it off and more apparently, for those wanting a Grand Seiko white birch, yet unwilling to justify the price tag.

While this is in no way on the same level of the Grand Seiko, it’s comes relatively close with providing you the aesthetic for a tenth of the price tag.

The blued seconds hand set against what Seiko has called a dial reminiscent of the polar landscape and associated glaciers, make this truly one of the most nuanced Seikos out there at such an affordable price point.

Only a handful are available at some ADs and are sure to sell out soon.
