Up for grabs is a limited run of the Nivada Chronoking.
Unmistakably reminiscent of the 70s, it features striking orange and gold accents, which come together nicely across the dial for an aesthetically pleasing legibility.
The telltale art deco-style “Newman” typography is spattered across the dial
This was a limited availability by the brand and is one of their more handsome iterations of the model.
In overall excellent condition, it’s been sparingly worn and despite its 38mm sizing wears well on my 7.5” wrist.
Thickness is 13.7mm with a mix of brush and polished across the edges and chamfers.
Adding to the vintage charm is the double domed sapphire crystal and powering the watch is the VK63A meca-quartz movement.
Asking $699 in the GTA for this example.
