Up for sale is my ref 862180 Kiel Sport Chronograph that I got from the original owner a few weeks ago.
One of the five companies that produced pilots watches during WWII, the brand is steeped in history and that is apparent in the models produced to this day.
This model features a 43mm case appropriate for the Pilots Watch with a sandblasted case that yields a grey ceramic aesthetic.
Thickness owed to the AR coated domed sapphire and exhibition case back is svelte 14mm, with a 22mm lug width and a 51mm lug to lug, allowing the watch to wear closer to a 42mm timepiece.
For that added vintage touch, you’re graced with a thermal blued handset inlaid with C3 Superluminova that carries to markers and rotating ceramic bezel (yes, you can time 2 events!)
Powering the watch is the SW500 Elaboré based on the Valjoux 7750.
The watch is in mint condition having been worn sparingly by me and the original owner.
The calf leather strap is thick and pliant with nary a sign of wear.
