I have For Sale the Marathon GSAR with the ETA 2824 Swiss movement.

It was brand new in February 2016 and I am the second owner of this watch. It has the US Government Dial and comes on the steel bracelet with the American Eagle crest. All links included.
Unused Marathon rubber included.
