Ricoh Automatic 21 Jewels Watch – Excellent/Like New
For sale is a rare like new Ricoh 61465A watch. This was purchased a few years ago NOS from a watch shop. The modern cushion style case and elegant silver dial make this a watch for multiple occasions.
The dial is unique – the outer 1/3rds are brushed in a concave fashion while the center 1/3rd is an outwards radial finish. The ‘Ricoh’ and Ricoh deep red-gold symbol are both applied and not printed onto the dial. The crystal is also unique – it is segmented which allows for light to reflect off the dial very nicely.
The upper pusher advances the date, while the center crown sets the time and also allows for handwinding the automatic inhouse Ricoh movement.
The watch is mounted on a good condition 18mm brown leather strap with rust/brown stitching. The Nato is no longer available.
Approximate measurements are:
Diameter: 38mm, 39mm including crown
Lug-to-lug: 42.5mm
Thickness: 12.30mm
Lug width: 18mm
Movement: Automatic
