DESCRIPTION: Great tool watch from a proper family owned Glashütte brand. I bought this piece from the original owner who purcahsed it in Ottawa in 2007. It its completely original and has never been refinished or serviced. I think the only time the case back has been opened is once by myself to take photos of the movement. The blued screw heads don't look like they have had a screwdriver near them. Having said that, though the wach is still keeping great time (losing about 3 seconds/day) and still automatically winding well, it's probably time for a service.
