Comes in pearwood box with Instruction book (no warranty book), rubber strap and both tools. One tool not pictured... I left it on my desk.
The watch is in great condition showing only a few fleabites and light scratches. It has definitely been polished, and likely serviced as it is running well (about +5sps).
