Picked this up a little while ago as I am waiting for a memomatic to be back from service:
Fortis brain matic, mechanical alarm, self winding AS 5008 movement (buzzes rather than rings). Twin barrels, one for the alarm, one for the time. English day wheel. Signed Fortis crowns and bracelet. About 40 mm from 9-3 and 42 from 12-6. Dial has seen better days but very nice for a vintage (70s I think) piece......kind of a deep blue. Keeping excellent time on winder and on the wrist.
Did I mention that it's shiny..............
