Up for sale is this vintage Bulova Surfboard chronograph. I personally serviced this watch about a year ago and it has been worn sparingly since (too many watches, too little time) - and it continues to run great with excellent time and strong amplitude. The Valjoux 7733 movement was completely disassembled, cleaned and oiled, and all the chronograph functions operate exactly as they should.
The dial has quite a bit of patina on it, and the bezel is also quite faded, but I personally really enjoy the overall effect of it, and the watch has great wrist presence. Watch comes mounted on an Accutron branded "chicklet" style stainless bracelet which closely resembles the original bracelet this watch would have come with, but it is not original to the watch.
These vintage Surfboards don't come up for sale very often and this one is well sorted for worry free ownership so my asking price is $2,150 including tracked shipping with CanadaPost Xpresspost.
