Case: 40MM Stainless Steel case has some scratches as to be expected from a watch this age.
Crystal: very very scratches, believed to be a replacement.
Dial: Dial and hands appear to be original and in great condition.
Movement: Keeps excellent time within 1 minute every 2 days. The Chronograph works but the minute counter returns to 4 minutes. Date flips perfectly. Could use a service.
