Up for sale is a Omega 300m SeaMaster Diver Ref 2531.80.00.
Automatic Caliber 1120 Movement
No service history. I am not the original owner.
But, I did just have my Watchmaker do a complete service and light case reconditioning.
41mm Case with dark blue wave dial and dark blue bezel. Dial appears slate black in certain lighting conditions and angles.
The case appears mint to the naked eye. Since this just received a light reconditioning. You will still find light marks under 10x magnification.
Both the Bezel & Crystal look good with No apparent dents or scratches. There are again small marks and hazing under 10x magnification on the bezels higher portions.
The bezel is in standout condition for a 20+ Year old watch.
Steel Bracelet is 80% of New, I can not see any rubs, scratches or other distracting marks on the top surfaces. But again some may remain under magnification.
The bracelet does have a few distracting mark on the side surfaces of the bracelet. Most notably at the first link on the 6:00 side and the first removeable link on the 12:00 side.
There are a total of 11 Links with 5 being removable. Plus 2 half links are included in the bracelet.
Link count does not include endlinks but does include links attached the clasp.
The Pan is close to mint with a divot mark on the outer pan near the current 12:00 side. This could to be from the clasp.
The clasp also appears mint with no noticeable distractions with the naked eye. But faint marks can be seen under magnification.
The crown is mint with a crisp logo. Light hazing is slightly noticeable with magnification.
The Helium Escape valve crown looks mint with just a hint of haze under 10x magnification.
I have looked this watch over and it does appear mint to the naked eye. Except for the noted marks.
This is because We have had it serviced. It has received a light polish. So some marks may still be visible.
The watch did look good when I received it. But was running slow and had some random marks and scratches.
The watch does look good, and does not appear to be over polished.
Please note that this is still a used watch and I may have missed something. See pictures for details.
