Up for sale is a Ref 25940SK.00.D002CA.01
Calibre 2226/2840. Black Reverse Panda Dial with black rubberized bezel.
No service history, except for recently(2026). I am not the original owner.
I just received it back from Audemars Piguet Service. Original Invoice will be provided to the buyer.
But I did get the following oral account from the AP Intake person I serviced it at:
"It was first sold in 2005 and last serviced with AP in 2015". This is not a Guarantee of fact, just what I was told.
Since it has the 2226/2840 Movement it is believed to have been made prior to 2005.
The case appears mint to the naked eye. Both the Bezel & Crystal look new with No apparent dents, marks or scratches.
The Rubber Royal Oak Offshore strap is brand New and was installed along with the service.
The deployant clasp is the original and has been reconditioned by AP and appears as New.
The Pan and display back are free from any noticeable scratches, marks or buckle rash.
The crown is new with a crisp logo. It was replaced during service along with the 2 chronograph pushers.
I have looked this watch over and it does appear mint from it's recent service.
Please note that this is still a used watch and I may have missed something. See pictures for details.
If You go over this watch with a 10x loupe, You can see some very light traces of marks and imperfections circa pre service.
Papers included: Full invoice from Audemars Piguet dated Jan 15-2026.
Warranty Instruction Book(for 2326/2840) along with Special Timepiece Card(this is where the person I acquired it from claimed to have bought it).
Boxes include: Authentic AP inner and outer Boxes that may or not be the original with the watch .
