I am cleaning out the watch cabinet. I have not worn this one for a while, so it is time to go. I am the second owner and it was originally purchased in April 2009. It is a limited edition German made tool watch. The specs are as follows:

3 piece 316L steel case w/ satin bead blasted finish
Lumed white dial
ETA 2824-2 movement
38.5mm diameter w/o crown
20mm lug width
11.5mm height
sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inside
screw-down crown
water resistant to 100m
shock resistant
pressure-proof to 10 atm

I would put it as near mint (94%) as there are only some very fine lines on the back of the lugs from strap changes. The OEM strap is included and has a slight crease. It is currently on a DiModell strap. Everything you see in the pic is included. The box is a very cool aluminum box with fitted interior. The dial is lumed, so it is very easy to see in the dark. I have only seen a couple of these on the secondary market and as far as I know, they are long sold out. The price is $500 OBO shipped and Paypaled in Canada.
