Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!

Won't go over the history of the 6139 as I'm sure there are enthusiasts who are more informed about this than me! It is a must own for all watch fans!

Has served me well since I got it in early November, seems to be keeping time within the minute but I have not timed it and cannot guarantee accuracy for vintage watches. Was serviced in Fall 2015. Bought from DC Vintage Watches who are a reputed seller for vintage restored and original Seikos. This one has been absolutely stunningly revamped, with the original case and movement (17 jewel 6139B) in fantastic shape for its age.

Aftermarket blue dial, aftermarket baton minute, hour, and chronograph hands - inner ring rotates smoothly, as designed; have not tested lume but according to original seller it shines well. Day/date at 3 o’clock position work (light press for date, deep press for day), with Roman/English day variants.

Original 41.5mm x 46.5mm stainless steel case with non-original caseback - case has nice sharp corners. New blue and red bezel insert. Domed (slightly) crystal that is free of scratches. Recessed unsigned stainless steel crown. Chronograph pushers depress with satisfying click, no stick, stops/ starts/ resets.

Just the watch only, with a handmade tan leather strap - asking $430 - selling to buy a watch for my brother. View attachment 17536View attachment 17535View attachment 17537View attachment 17538View attachment 17539View attachment 17540View attachment 17541View attachment 17542
