Hello folks.
(More pics below)
Up for sale here is my Seiko Flightmaster Pilot Watch SND255P1 (the one that appears on the main page of WWE)
Got a couple too many watches, so going to have to pass a couple on. This one has for a few years been my 'go to' watch for backcountry/outdoors trips, because I never need to set it (quartz) and it is fairly inexpensive, so not too worried about it. But I now have a new quartz to take its place, so out it goes. Besides, I am too old to read any of the numbers on it
The watch has a few expected bracelet scuffs, and a couple of very tiny hairline scratches on the crystal (too fine to photograph). The bracelet is sized at about 7". I was sure I had extra links, but can't seem to find them (looks awesome on leather as well). Battery is about a year old. I have no box nor papers, as I hadn't planned to ever sell this one. How times change.
The watch runs perfectly, and keeps excellent time, with nicely lumed hour and minute hands. The second hand is the 9:00 position subdial.
The chronometer function is truly excellent, using the red second hand on the main dial, the hour and minute hand on the 6:00 position subdial, and fractions of a second (twentieths) on the 12:00 position subdial. It measures up to 12 hours in twentieths of a second.
The watch goes for $170ish new in Canadian funds.
I am asking $110 Canadian shipped, OBO.
