Looking to sell a fantastic and quite uncommon Hamilton Stormking II from the mid-1950s. The Storming II was manufactured from 1955-7, and was relatively expensive at the time ($150-175). You’ll often see the more common Stormking models that have stainless cases or stainless backs.

Really unique quadrant dial with solid 18k gold markers.

Grade 735 manually wound movement. Service history is not known but the watch keeps time (exact accuracy has not been checked) and winds smoothly.

The watch weighs approximately 28 grams with the movement, so there’s likely about 13 grams of gold in the case, equating to a scrap gold value of ~$800. Measures approximately 33mm not including the crown.

Hamilton signed crown.

Price: $900 shipped from Vancouver. Watch head only. Pictured strap is not included.

Last bump before being withdrawn - asking price is now at scrap gold value assuming a conservative weight estimate of 14 grams for the case without the movement.
