Vintage Wittnauer Automatic Waffle Dial - Sparkling Gold Filled Watch

Background
I acquired this fantastic gem last year from an estate sale in NS or NB. The gold filled case sparkles and that waffle dial with gold applied markers jumps out at you. Check out the chapter ring that's inside the numbers. Note how thoughtful the length is on the minute and second hands. Based on the inside of the case back and the lack of dial marking, I'd guess this was cased in North America. Movement is Swiss.
The watch wears a bit bigger than its 33m diameter suggests with an 11mm thickness and that sparkle, it pops more that you'd think. I've enjoyed for and now its time to move on to make space.
Produced in the late 50s or early 60s (by my guess), are you ready to be its next custodian?
Thanks so much for looking. Questions are welcomed; please message if you’d like a video of operation, more photos of further details.
Price & Logistics:
$500
Payment by etransfer or cash.
Happy to ship at buyer's expense using Canada Post, tracked and full value insured. Will consider F2F in specific parts of Toronto (schlepping around this place is a PITA).
I'm new to CWC with one purchase transaction (user name revised so its more easily searchable for feedback, thanks to Bobby for the steer on that) and I've sold 50+ watches and parts on eBay with 100% positive feedback.
Dial
Who wants waffles? The gold applied markers just pop off the dial and the chapter ring and hands are thoughfully arranged. That dial is what drew me in.
Case & Crystal
Sparkling 10k gold filled case by Star Watch Case Co. shows gentle wear on back and around the crown. Great 50s style "dog leg" lugs. Photos of dimensions are available, please ask.
Acrylic crystal has a couple of blemishes that you could sand and polish out, if desired.
Movement
The movement is Wittnauer's Swiss-made 11ARB automatic which used an AS 1361 as the base caliber. Note, Wittnauer machined off the ebauches markings. Lovely engine turning finish to the movement base.
Timegrapher reports between -5 and -1 seconds/day in two positions. It has run sweetly the entire time (pun) I've had it.
It winds (automatically and stem) and adjusts well. The watch is working and appears to run well. See photo(s) of timegrapher for an idea of how it is running. I am not, however, aware of the service history. As such, this is a used mechanical watch which may require a service.
Strap
Hirsch chocolate "diamond calf" strap with gold buckle. Compliments this watch stunningly well. Purchased new by me in 2024 and shows some wear, see photos. Fits my 7.75" wrist with a couple holes to spare.
Again, thanks so much for looking. Questions are welcomed; please message if you’d like a video of operation, more photos of further details.
