This Waltham watch is an estate find and is all kinds of cool. When originally found the watch had no glass, was missing the hour hand and was not running.
The watch received new glass, new hour and minute hands so they match and a complete overhaul of the movement by CG Watch repair in Toronto. Now runs flawlessly!
The shrapnel cover is original and in great shape. The crown is warped due to.....the watch saw action in WWI, but does not hinder the winding of the watch which is strong and smooth. Just gives the watch more character.
The band is genuine leather and is new.
